3. Orders and Payments

All prices are in USD. Payment is due at checkout via our secure payment processor. Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier. Free delivery applies to qualifying orders of $35 or more.
RILEXE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, natural events, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Full refund or replacement once returned in original condition.

• Accurate and Undamaged Items: Buyer responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees. Items must be returned in original packaging.
