Returns & Refunds policy

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving your item. The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you—or a third party other than the carrier—receive the goods.

To request a return or cancellation, please contact us at support@rilexe.com with your order details and reason for return.

Once approved, we will process your refund within 7 days, depending on financial institution, of receiving and inspection of the returned goods. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and no additional fees will apply for approved refunds.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must have been purchased within the last 30 days.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Eligible and Non-Eligible Returns
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items:
    If your order arrives damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Returned items must include all original packaging and components.

  • Accurate and Undamaged Items:
    If the product matches its description and is not damaged but you wish to return it for personal reasons, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee. The item must be returned in its original condition.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom or personalized goods

    • Perishable items or those past expiration

    • Opened items not suitable for return for hygiene or health reasons

    • Items that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Buyers are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. Please use a trackable and insured service. Refunds cannot be issued until the returned goods are received and inspected.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the return value. If the gift was sent to the giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
